One must begin differently if one wants to succeed with a new transportation system for mobility on this earth. The initial concept of a potential urban design should start with a new transportation system. Simply stated villages, towns and cities must be served with a new integrated and transformative movement system for both people and goods.

Unfortunately conceptual revelations do not develop as required for transportation technologies to be realized into a workable program for success. Written documents and diagrams outlining these ideas are recorded, but normally face sitting on the dusty shelves of Corporate, Politbureau, Academic and Research Institutions – as unused thought collections. Sourced by engineers, scientists, inventors and patent holders, these “imagineers” most often do not have the monetary resources and/or staying power to process their inventions into reality. The research, testing and production on any scale with measured consequences normally falter.

There are many and sundry excuses as to failures in all fields of inventive endeavor. The intersects of design worthiness, simple yet practical common sense and the belief of risking money in creative inventions are filled with human deception, arrogance, disagreement and misunderstanding. It is difficult to dispel the grey areas in the minds of participants to forge a “Like Mind”.

The numerous “hang-ups” are all founded with the people who are involved at the beginning of each idea evolution. Group decision-making is founded upon the history of separation (apartheid) All fields suffer legitimate enquiry for engaging future endeavors. Usually each member at the table has their own disciplinary expertise and finds it difficult to cooperate collectively for the good of the future issue to be resolved.

The advance necessary to venture into a sustainable environment for urban transportation and city building projects is that participants still unfortunately carry certain prejudicial chips in their attitudes. These attitudes must be changed to rather function together in a defined team framework. Such might be: –

  1. Encouraging appropriate interdisciplinary collaborations.
  2. Abating urban design, planning and engineering subservience to Corporate, Politbureau, Academic and Research Institutions.
  3. Conveying Intellectual Properties into the proposed project with due respect.
  4. Testing scientists, statistics, mathematical calculations and conclusions with a Q.E.D. review. (“quod erat demonstrandum”)
  5. Querying Environmentalists analytical conclusions for a timely reality and substance.
  6. Estimating unreasonable project timetables.
  7. Clarifying leadership decision-making of evidence that understands the factors between the socio/economic/environmental/cultural and technological project principles.
  8. Setting the conversation at a shared table for project element negotiations that focus on internal agreements, as well as, measures of external consequences.

Forging a truthful and adventurous transportation technology challenge amongst thoughtful leaders from the 60’s to the present time have faced the closed minds of complacent collective anti forces involved with fossil fuels driving mechanical mobility devises. Concrete evidence is vast regarding the realms of industries and governments that have summarily ignored alternative future transportation and city building design urgency required to balance our interactive relationships with Nature.

What serenity is necessary to reveal priority transportation questions that should be shared at the interdisciplinary conference table?

  1. Depth of understanding as to how Nature clearly has a solution for the flows and exchanges of energy and communication that supports organic life.
  2. Applying intelligent decisions to collectively solve and integrate the socio/economic/energy/environmental and technical knowledge required for the next transportation step.
  3. Advancing a simulation scenario application to continually gather knowledge for the modeling of transportation/urban design that serves settlements in earth’s ecologies to sustain unstoppable population increases.
  4. Integrating corporate leadership and governance decision-making modeling for urban future growth and change.
  5. Searching for wise use of natural resource applications toward the creation of energy, water conservation/reuse, new food sustenance methodologies and new structural materials.

What visionary courage should be demonstrated for transportation/urban design growth and change?

  1. Risking experiments in new urban design frameworks for better mobility/habitation.
  2. Facing job creation globally to reach peace, prosperity and liberty.
  3. Diminishing and altering the tacit complacency of status quo attitudes toward present conditions.
  4. Accepting a transportation technology that gives worldwide populations hope in generating future wealth with sweat and labor.
  5. Acknowledging recognition in all sovereign nations toward accepting common standards for worldwide transportation that annuls trade restrictions with their implementation.

What collective wisdom is required to make a difference in global socio/economic/energy/environmental and technological future for the benefit of all humanity?

  1. Honest leadership toward finding transportation truth is a community of collaborative decision-making.
  2. Quality assurance of manufacturing and assembly of transportation elements together with structural city building material dissemination worldwide must be assured.
  3. Acceptance of common dimensional standards of metric weights and measures with a common value exchange supported by legal tender for each negotiated agreement.
  4. Evaluative standards on which to build incremental life and mobility system improvements for mankind.
  5. Spreading uniqueness of urban design settlements  that is influenced by cultural aspects that satisfy innate historical/cultural sovereign nation DNA.

The urban design difference is that Starkore City is out to conquer convention. The team to do so should be formed most carefully. The team goal should be create a world that will amaze. It is time to make things smarter and lighter. It is easier to make things smaller in the initial manufacturing process of parts and pieces, as well as, for their distribution to distant sites, and for their swift reassembly.

The cost per person, as well as, cost per goods travelled over equivalent distance should be the lowest compared to the cost of constructing and operating the proposed transportation system. The ideal lowest price to be reached for travel using public expense resources should be zero.
